Now that I have my own
Domain Name on the Web, one would think that I wouldn't have to put up with
being decorated for every holiday.
Well, think again!! |

|
 |
I thought it was
okay when my Human Mom was wearing the decorations, but here I am trying to
convince her that they just didn't suit a Pug, especially one who had her
own web site. |
| Though not
without some misgivings, I did agree to pose for this "4th of July" themed
picture.
It was used on the Web Greeting Card I
sent to all the "Friends of Pauli." Just click on this picture to view the
card. |

But then I
finally started to get into the spirit of the Holiday, and was happy to wear
my Human Mom's patriotic scarf and flag.
Maybe it is what a Pug is meant
to do! |

|
 |
The best part of the
party, though, was when I could convince people to feed me some snacks from
the table. And I was especially happy when I was successful! |

After dining
on the "Sausage Sampler" of bockwurst, linguisa, bratwurst, British bangers,
Italian sausage and chicken/apple sausage (which I didn't like all that
much), there was even some time for play ——
like the good old tug of war with the purple rope. |
| And
—— quite naturally I think
—— after a long day of posing, eating and
playing, there comes a time when a little nap is just about the most perfect
thing. |

|
And while we're in a patriotic mood
here, and even though no pictures were taken on Memorial Day this year, I
did send a greeting card out on that special day. Just click on the flag,
