One of my favorite times is
taking trips in the motor home.
Since I'm the family's "Official Motor Home Dog," I get
the undivided attention of almost everyone.
Pugs really need some of that.

In addition to the couch, one
of my special "hang around" places in the motor home is on the front
dashboard.
I think it's rather rigid of her, but my human mom won't let me ride up here
when we're driving along the highway.
It seems like the perfect place to me. |
The front dashboard is also
the place where I sadly watch the rest of the family go away -- leaving me
alone for a short time while they go into town to eat at a restaurant or
something.
I miss them while they're gone, and I really don't think it's fair, but I
guess someone has to guard the motor home. |

One of our recent trips was to
Columbia, California -- an old gold mining town, and now a State Park.
These are just two of the many pictures I posed for. It's not too exciting,
but it makes my humans happy.

Here I am waiting somewhat
patiently for the arrival of my human brother, Jamie, to visit us in
Solvang.
|
| When he finally did show up,
there was time for a lot of petting and playing. |

When we were in the Solvang
area we had a major power steering fluid leak, and had to take the motor
home into "Bob's RV Repair" shop in Buellton.
It was there that I met Kendal, who was just a little
shy and also a little mystified by me. I don't see that many two year old
children, so I played it cool and pretended to pay a lot of attention to the
mechanic working on the motor home.
They did a good job, and got us on our way in short
order. |

After a long day of walking, shopping,
and active relaxing,
it's always a good idea for pugs and humans alike to get some
real sleep! |
